One of the best and last of all the great Old-World South American 7mm Mausers. This is a fantastic Brazilian 1908 Mauser. This one was made at DWM under contract, and has all the correct details. The most noticable is of course the white receiver and bolt. This rifle does have a very faint import mark up on the barrel, I really had to look carful to find it. The bolt is missmatched, but all one number, and the rest of the rifle is all one number. Comes complete with an original muzzel cover. The bore has very strong rifling, but it is pitted. I do not personally belive that it will effect the shootability of the rifle, and infact, I belive that shooting this would probably help. The action is clean and smooth, and definatly shows the craftsmanship of these early rifles.
