(CJ582)This rifle is a Russian capture Mauser that has been cleaned up to look more like an original German issue rifle. As a result, none of the parts match, and it displays the RC "X" on the side of the receiver. Also, the property stamps on this rifle have been punched out, and the swastika gone off this rifle. The over all appearance is quite good, and this rifle would make an excellent shooter, or a rifle for reenacting. There are no mechanical problems, and the bore is very good, with lots of life left in it. If you have any other questions, please ask.
