Italian service revolver, clearly a close immitation of a top break S&W from the same era. It is a larger caliber, however I am unsure of the exact cartridge this fired. The maker is marked Tettoni-Brescia. I'm not sure that one would ever want to fire this weapon, however everything seems to operate well, and could potentally be possable.
