Very interesting! This is a mundane Fire Protection eagle, however it is for the Zell Am See district in Northern Austria, famous for it's skiing. The area is also made famous by the series "Band of Brothers" as the town were the 506th was headquartered following VE day. Unusual variation of this patch.
