This is a standard pattern Soviet military watch. It is a heavy duty wind type, identical to that issued to all Soviet personel. Generally, they are decorated with the branch of service to whom the watch was used by. It is made by the standard maufacture as well....I can't read cyrillic so I can't translate it, and I can't type it...so take my word for it.
