These are the standard side caps for the rank and file of the paramilitary DAF, or workers association. This is the organization headed up by Robert Ley, and was responcible for much of Germany's factory work. The DAF its self was the face of National Socialism, where the workers were taken care of, though tightly controled, and acted to set wages, working conditions, and even worker Welfare. We have two of these hats, both are nearly identical, however one has an RZM tag. Below are pictures of the second hat with the tag.
