This is a very cute lighter, I don't think that I have ever seen one of these before with a flip cover on the wick. The body isn't made from a nut as usual, but rather appears to be more custom made. The sides are made from an RFC button and the other is an odd one. It's a European style royal eagle, but it isn't double headed, and it isn't holding anything in it's tallions. Maybe Polish? Smaller than usual, but it definatly makes up for that by being big on creativity.
